Matter of Deceit Land and Building

The ghost of bribe will haunt to our Neta Babus till their death beds and the mud of grave can only fill their greedy stomachs. Media highlighted the scam of Adarsh society, despite reports citing the alleged involvement of Mr. Ashok Chavan congress babus remains mute spectator because the crooks are from their own camp.   In the recent past we have seen several scams in our country like IPL, Adarsh society and number of land cases illegally owned by the politicos. On the other hand the entire world is busy in enhancement of their country’s GDP and we the world’s largest democracy is competing with our counterparts that how one can win over to another in the race of bribe.  And this self-indulgence has leaved to the entire nation of the brink of starvation and several other crises.

Adarsh society has been allocated to the widows of Kargil war’s martyrs, but in between Mr. Ashok Chavan and several other corrupted comrades of his own party and Army personnel has digested number of flats and handed over to their clans. Kargil war soldiers had sacrificed their life for the sake of nation’s land and in return they have been betrayed. End number of Kargil War’s martyrs families doesn’t have basics of life and under their name corrupt government babus filling their treasures. Congress party men have condemned the BJP party members link with goons those are raising the Hindutva but what about their own character, the same corrupted DNA is running in the veins of all political babus and now they are inheriting it to their heirs.

The sequel of scam doesn’t end here look at this IPL, CWG and not only Adarsh society but Narayan Rane’s Pune Mahableshwar land scams all are the fresh examples of corruption and greed of money. Ghost of bribe is still haunting to Lalit Modi in the form of Amber fort in Jaipur, check out this news “IPL commissioner Lalit Modi suffered another setback on Wednesday when the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) took possession of two of his heritage havelis (mansions) at the foothills of the city’s historic Amber Fort. Officials claimed that the havelis belonged to the state government but were illegally bought from encroachers by Modi and his wife Minal.” Lalit Modi is paying heavy remedies for his wrong doings, nothing is surprising in this it has to be happened sooner or later.

These corrupted babus are having endless illegitimate flats and pieces of lands while the nation is witness of growing number of nomads and starved civilians but they don’t care of all this because greed of land and money made them blindfolded.

Supremo of congress party Mrs. Sonia Gandhi utters that “environment as prime national concern”, so I want to ask her what about her corrupted party comrades those are spreading pollution of corruption in the Indian environment. My Humble requests to all political parties kindly stop the hypocritical drama which they are staging on the political battlefield for vote bank.

Common Wealth Games proud or shame

Eventually the dust of Common Wealth Games has settled with the lots of allegations and criticism. Now it is a time to scrutinize that what was actually happened with the Common Wealth Games. Is our country earned something or vilified in the eyes of world?  Is Common Wealth Games reason to be proud or become an international shame for us? Is it right to India like country to spend Rs.70K Cr only for 11days games while the huge proportion of population malnourished and some areas of countryside like Vidharbha are on the brink of starvation and completely illiterate. The toll of farmer suicides mounting day by day and our corrupt government is busy to celebrate our failures.

Yes Common Wealth Games certainly a failure for us, because it has been proved with the rotten infrastructure and several workers maimed and died while working for the Game Village. When an NGO People's Union for Democratic Rights (PUDR)sought information under RTI act from Labor Minister that how many workers were died they have no answer for that, even they are having no casualty report except the several injured when foot over bridge collapsed, whereas private agencies has been reported 45deaths. And no redress for the injured workers because cabinet don’t have name and addresses of the victims, this is the another phase of corruption because when the private NGO has deep information then certainly government is having more detailed report than private agency and might be the compensation distributed among the authorities.

The games are over but battle has begun between organizing committee and government politicos, everyone has unfolded their sword of words from the scabbard and stabbing to each other.
On the next day when games are over Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said corruption in the Games preparations appeared to stem from the organizing committee, its chairperson Suresh Kalmadi turned furious at her, saying she should look at her own departments. Blasting Dikshit’s “attempt to take credit’’ for salvaging the Games Village, Kalmadi stated bluntly, “We don’t want to be the scapegoats anymore.’’ He also pointed out that the panel headed by former CAG V K Shunglu would probe not just the work undertaken by “the OC at a budget of Rs 1,620 crore but also the Rs 16,000 crore spent by the Delhi government’’. Squarely blaming the Delhi government for much of the flak the OC got, Kalmadi said.

Everyone is to pointing out fingers at each other and ultimately as usual or as it is the rite of our country to appoint a commission to probe the scam has employed the Central Vigilance Commission. So far I have noticed that after every big activity we are appointing a commission to investigate the scam like in the recent past we have seen that what was happened after the IPL (Indian Premier League) it becomes an India Paisa League or LSD (Lalit, Shashi or Dhoka Darling). We are not only having biggest democracy but the biggest corrupted politicos and organizing personnel.

In the political parties tug of war BJP president Nitin Gadkari cited that “The CWG Organizing Committee chief Suresh Kalmadi had a budget of Rs 1,600 crore. Whatever he did is limited to this budget. But what about the Rs 70,000 crore spent on the Games and the role of the central government and the PMO? We have files with stamps of the PMO and the central government,” Gadkari told a press meet in Pune. This is not over here in the further dug Prasar Bharati gave the Rs 246-crore telecast rights of the Commonwealth Games to an illegal entity (UK based SIS Live) which gave a fake registration number and had no service tax number, raising doubts about the motives of the top brass who over-ruled objections and speedily paid out 80% of the contract fee even before the Games concluded. Games loot is not over here yet, in other case Advocate Rakesh Gupta booked for flower pot theft and the cost of each flower pot around Rs. 200-250/-, such a shameful actions.

Despite the facts our feudal government is preparing for the 2020 Olympics, Indian bid for Olympic is just a waste of time because in 88years of participation we have one solitary individual gold medal. So instead of biding Olympics we have to concentrate on creating and nurturing champions.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in his speech said that “the Maoist resistance is the single largest internal security threat for our nation" but as per me corrupted personnel and government politicos are the biggest internal threat for our nation.

Incompetent transport and Mumbaikars

When we the Mumbaikars begins our routine safar (travel) it starts with suffer. Instead of thinking of  business strategies we have to make strategy that how would I get success to hire an auto rickshaw or how I could get the over flowing train and bus with commuters to reach in time to my office. However, there are auto rickshaws available in massive scale; at some extent ratio of auto rickshaw is comparatively more than the passengers. But still commuters are struggling for hiring means of traveling, why it is so? However, government enhancing means of travel like blending railways from Western line to Harbor line and Central line, Mono rail, Metro rail and still continued with their dialogues but peasants need robust action instead of fake promises.
Still commuters are suffering, there are severe reasons behind it like errant cabbies, mounting fares and more especially if you want to go for a short run cabman will without any hesitation refuse to you. After staging demonstrations from several NGOs activist, political parties and commuters against those errant cabbies at some extent government have woke up from their slumber, but we cannot say well done but it has taken some steps to deter these goons like government have introduced if cabbie refuse for short distance then write a complaint to the Regional Transport Office with the auto or taxi number. After lodging complaint against them RTO office will take 30days time to convict or acquit to the cabbie. If he will be find guilty for his offence still I didn’t think so that he will be punished because rickshaw union combat and surely rescue him.
Responding to repeated complaints from raged passengers’ government of Maharashtra have given the 10 days ultimatum to the errant drivers to fall in line, but yet there is no progress, government also have run the several campaigns to teach ethics to errant derivers but what happened nothing. After running all these campaigns for the betterment or to make ease of transport there is no progress. Not only means of transports have been affected but have a look at the roads of Mumbai and you will not called it metro city after observing this, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has spent Rs 56 crore on filling 14,242 potholes on Mumbai’s roads in the last six months. Even after spending such a huge amount there is no sign of development.
Cabbies are turning more dangerous, yet we have read about the errant cabbies but the fresh example of brutality, on 19th Sept a boy residential of Andheri gets 22 stitches over just Rs. 10 auto fare. Government have introduced the law that if we want action against errant drivers then post a complaint to RTO office how ridiculous, because in this case 20-year-old Simaab Vasi victim of ruthless driver have lodged the complaint against him and even have given the auto number yet officials are unable to trace out him there is no evolution in this case. Indeed civilians are the innocent but we are suffering and nothing is going to bad with these crooks.
It is not end here in another example to conning the passenger, Prashant Sane; member of the MNS Wahatuk Sena had hunted this information under RTI in January this year after suspecting that auto drivers from other states were obtaining licenses with bogus address proof. More than 50,000 driving licenses issued by the Andheri Regional Transport Office (RTO) for public transport from 1995 to March 2010 are under the scanner after a RTI application revealed that they were procured using fake documents. It shows that how our RTO officials are incompetent towards their responsibilities.
Government should have to take some robust actions like suspend all the driving license of cabbies for those complaints have been received and those who don’t have address proof. Not only Cabbies are completely responsible for the controversy but some where our officials too. Entire country’s peasants are protesting against government, what if reasons are different in Kashmir they are fighting for Azadi, Dantewada tribal people (Maoist) for their land and forest agitating against dam constructions and Mumbaikars just for a smooth transport.
We the civilians of India becomes rebellion by force not by choice.

A sacred journey for a sacred cause (Haji Malang- Malangad)

Saint Haji Malang Shrine

Finally I have inked down my sacred journey from Kurla to Malangad with my faction of friends to Saint Haji Malang pilgrimage. Malangad where saint Haji Malang’s shrine is located at the summit of the Malangad Mountain 2596 feet, it is 16km from the Kalyan junction.

Brief history of Malangad: Malanggad was built in the 7th century by a Raja Nagal on three levels. The lowest level is a plateau at the other end of the plateau is the Panchi Pir (Five Saint) which lies almost at the edge of the rock and is named after the five Pirs (saints) who accompanied Haji Malang. This plateau is called Pir Machi. The next higher level is called the Sone Machi as it is the lower part of the fort and the highest level is the Citadel this is the summit of the hill and has no fortifications. Raja Nagal after initial skepticism about the Saint was greatly impressed by him and even gave his daughter to the saint in marriage.

On 26th Sept 2010 in early hours we had boarded to ST bus to start the hallowed journey from Kalyan junction to Malangad. First I want to introduce you to my friends Farhan a Software engineer with a great sense of humor, Aadil a Medical representative with a childlike behavior and a hungry boy, Sultan Bhai amusing with the double meaning words and Mukhtar Bahi a pious man duo are the teachers and me a journalist.

It was a very sunny day and people to whom we have contacted with the concern of Haji Malang visit every comment brought us a new scare to crossing the heights of mountain. A shopkeeper in the vicinity of the Haji Malang Mountain said that “bhai do se dhaye ghante lagenge upar chadne k liye (brother it will take two and half hours to reach at peak of the Mountain)” I never expected that my childhood dream will come true in such a hazardous manner.

When we were reached to the first ladder of the Mountain instead of the Well Come board or any other caveat board there was a Toll Naka per head Rs.2/- and the most shocking thing is that there was no slip of Toll. Unusually I didn’t argued with the Toll officials and we headed towards the shrine with our belongings including water and food because as someone from our group predicted that it is the Peak of Mountain and we could assume food will be available at very high rate comparatively budget presented by the existing government and price rise issues etc had discussed by us at that time.

I saw there were multicolored sticks available at Rs.5/- per stick. I thought it might be a some part of ritual activity, but later I came to know when I was in the midst of the mountain showered in the sweat of my own and Monkeys were disturbing from all around for food and devotees around us were defending themselves with the help of multicolored sticks.

Then I understand why devotees carrying those sticks along with them there were two reasons first to defend oneself from the Monkeys and second when you will be tired while climbing the peak then you can use it as a succor. In the meanwhile of my thought session Farhan got aid from toddler in the form of stick, his name was Shakeel a boy from Wadala Mumbai a seventh standard pupil rescued us from the onslaught of Monkeys.  We were grateful to him otherwise we were about to protest against the Monkeys like Kasmiris Stone Pelting revolt against the Indian government.

When we were reached in the midst of the Mountain then Doli wala (Sedan carriers) crossed us in that sedan an old woman was sited, when we have asked to that Doli Wala that how much they charge for one trip he said “ sahab teen hazar rupiya ek bajoo ka” (Sir three thousand rupees for one side). Too much costly but for it requires lots of effort with high energy, the old woman devotee to whom they were carried in that sedan recently cured form cardiac disease and before that she had votive at the Haji Malang shrine that after the successful treatment she will visit to shrine.

Malangad Mountain
While heading to the shrine all around, I never saw such a beautiful natures work serene valley of Malangad Mountain, cascade with cool and fresh water and fresh air without the admixture polluted smoke of industries. Everything was so pure and divine. The flock of Devotees heading towards shrine with great devotion for saint Haji Malang in their hearts.

Eventually we reached to plateau that is known as Pir Machi and I took the sigh of relief, but I was surprised that on the top of the hill it was hamlet all the facilities for the routine life was available even a recharge voucher also available however there was no network coverage.

When I went closer to shrine I took the snapshot of shrine and specially dome’s images it reminds me the dome of Masjid e Aqsa, the conspiracy of Israel against the innocent people of Palestine, Gaza blockade, demolition of Babri masjid and many more things. After the taking snapshot of shrine along with the flock of devotees, we entered into the Haji Malang Jama Masjid and performed ablution then we entered into the shrine of saint Haji Malang and performed offerings on his grave. After the offerings we came back to Jama mosque and took a nap of half an hour. On 1.30pm we had offered Zohar’s prayer and then had a lunch in an inn.

In the evening when we were preparing for down side sunsets for devotees adieu, I saw flock of devotees were heading to their home with the teary eyes and some hill dwellers were coming back to their home with a very weighted  belonging keeping it on their heads. I don’t know what type of our government has employment plans for poor, on the daily basis these poor families up and downs 2596feet distance. They might be not enjoying government facilities because Malangad is not the international tourist spot and government is earning a very less margin of revenue from this tourist place. As per my observation it is good for these tribal people that government doesn’t providing facilities, because if government will take the interest to this place might be they will put it into the international market for bauxite mining. God bless us all from the dire consequences of government policies.

Whoever said religion segregate people, ought to contemplate a shining example of interfaith harmony at saint Haji Malang Shrine.

Match fixing got in Inheritance

What else we can expect from Pak players as they have got match fixing as an inheritance from their ancestors (former player of Pakistan team). The much controversial World Cup final match of 1999 against Australia several players of Pak team were accused of match fixing case. Then this match is just a test match not a big deal for Pakistan Cricket Board. It would never be big deal for PCB to tackle this problem because they have been dumped number of times like these issues in the valley of bribe.
Three players of Pakistani team’s on the brink of life time ban from cricket if proved guilty to accept bribe. Allegedly ringleader of this biggest scandal is Salman Butt on 21st August dedicated his team’s victory to the victims of his country those are succumbed to the flood, and now this shameful action to whom he is going to dedicate might be his sister’s wedding because in the sleuth of Scotland Yard, Britain’s metropolitan police force they have found 36Lacs cash from his room (As per Salman Butt this cash he is having for his sisters trousseau).
Similarly much controversial comrade in the Salman Butt’s camp Mohammed Asif, after struggling with the Drug Scandal now he is caught into the Spot fixing case. Asif paying heavy remedies for his wrong doings as he has been ousted from the Malayalam movie he was to play lead role in Mazhavillinattamvare (Till the tip of the rainbow) but his acting shows the different interest, if one will ask to me what type of role Asif has to play then I will suggest him bollywood’s Jannat movie role as the film was based on the same subject (Match fixing case).
Ah! Now well come to new comer Mohammed Aamir the seam bowler of Pakistan ironically have to perform well on the tour of England, and Aamir was Pakistan’s man of the series against the home side. Both the seam bowler of Pakistan had bowled no-balls at exact points in the match decided by a match-fixer. If both will be found guilty then they will have no ball left in their hands till the life time.
Pakistan Cricket Board has to take lesson from Indian Cricket Board as it had been banned to its players in the match fixing case namely Ajay Jadeja, Nayan Mongia and erstwhile Indian team’s skipper Mohammed Azaharuddin. However, Indian Cricket Board revoked ban from them in the very short time Ajay Jadeja and Nayan Mongia but Mohd. Azharudin had faced 8years struggle to revoke ban. He got success but after winning MP election from Moradabad. It means Pak players who will be found guilty in this scandal then they will have to fight election and if they won the election then only ban will be revoked.

Piracy becomes a highly lucrative business

Piracy today is not the romantic plying of the 'ocean blue' as depicted in cinema or literature. It is nasty, brutal; but, for most of all, it is a highly lucrative business.
...........................................................................................................

Now a day’s our country is suffering in several wounds like Kashmir, Maoist, Bhopal Gas verdict and lots of agitation, number of innocent civilians have died and hundreds of were injured. As similar to these problems our business sector also has been damaged or suffering in the form of piracy. The coalition between the Bollywood and Hollywood studios has been named Alliance Against Copyright Theft (AACT). Formed to create a common voice to fight piracy, AACT has Reliance Big Entertainment, Moser Baer Entertainment, UTV Motion Pictures, Eros International and the Motion Picture Dist. Association as its founding members. It seems like both the flamboyant Hindi and English studios have lost their confidence in government and now they have flexed their muscles to fight against piracy.
A normal person easily manufacturing counterfeit products with the help of latest technologies and like counterfeiters are having offset printing machines with the help of this they can easily manipulate and printing counterfeit cartons of branded products and many more.  Once it has been ready to sell in the retail shop “aam aadmi” can’t make a difference between spurious product and original one only IPR Vigilance company’s like investigators or the specialist can identify that it is a counterfeit products.
To deal with such kind of hazardous matter government has made some laws to protect people from the dire consequences after using such forged products.

The laws are as follows;
-          Section 63 and 64 of the copy right act 1957
-          Section 103 / 104 of the Trade Mark Act 1999
-          Section 39 of the Geographical Indication of  Goods act
-          Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code
-          Section 91/93 of the Code of Criminal Procedure

The above mentioned laws are made to protect original products as well as people also. According to the law, this comes under fraud IPC Section 420 with the common people and it is harmful from the medical point of view, and also harmful for our body to use such duplicate items. However, under these laws accused will be behind bars and have to pay heavy amount under such laws, but the greed of money doesn’t allow them to think about these dismal consequences. Is greed of money only reason?  Urging them to commit such offence, according to me no doubt greed of money is the reason but it is the only one reason. Apart from this after conducting raid, what is happening with seized materials is whole the stock siege by the authority or distributed by officers? When raid has been conducted by the authorities is all the time raid happened or FIR lodged? The answer is no. In an anti piracy sector it is called as “Todi Paani” (bribe not to conduct raid or seize only some part of counterfeit products) one of the investigator of IPR team said on the basis of anonymity. So if officials are providing such provisions to counterfeiters then why they will be scared of law & order.
Media is shaking to citizens from their slumber and urging them to use only original products and if found any duplicate products or have a doubt kindly inform to authorities as it is heinous crime and a kind of terrorism.

Suicide bombings passion of Infidels not Islamic

From last two weeks in Pakistan Fridays were well comes by the deadly attacks of suicide bombers, in those suicide attacks hundreds of innocent people were killed and maimed. On the 2nd July a twin suicide attack that killed 42 and several were injured at Pakistan's most popular Sufi shrine, similarly on the next Friday that is on 9th July Pakistan has another suicide attack and this time that was the deadliest attack throughout the year, in this attack death toll reaches to 104 and hundreds of innocent peoples were wounded.

After the attack on Sufi Shrine Pakistanis put the blame on US and as usual US has Taliban story. Yet none of the existing terrorist organisation has been claimed responsibility for Shrine attack, on the other hand the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the blast of 9th July. Reportedly when Pakistanis were interviewed after the shrine attack they said that “ might be Islamic extremist behind the slaughter at the ‘Data Darbar shrine in Lahore, the root cause of the violence was America's war in Afghanistan, its missile strikes in Pakistan's tribal regions, and its alliance with Islamabad.” "America is killing Muslims in Afghanistan and in our tribal areas, and militants are attacking Pakistan to express anger against the government for supporting America” as told by Pak government officer on the basis of anonymity.

It might be true that suicide attack happening in Pakistan because of America’s invasion of Afghanistan and attack on Pakistani tribal areas, but I want to put my comment on Pakistani people’s view and want to remind them that, how can America leaves Afghanistan before digging all the treasure of minerals or as per US government yet they haven’t nabbed Osama Bin Laden. As we have seen what happened with General Stanley McCrystal, Obama turned furious on him after his scathing comments and has been sacked and it’s not me but the war critics like Noam Chomsky, Amy Goodman and many more who told that “it is only oil factor behind War on Terrorism.”

Whoever is responsible for the suicide attacks that is not my focal point but Islam condemns such kinds of attacks and never justified suicide as legitimate action. In the various sermons Islamic Maulvis repeatedly said that suicide is illegitimate in Islam and if anybody who practiced suicide will be excommunicated as per Islamic law. Suicide bombings might be a passion of infields but not at all mentioned anywhere in Islamic law as legitimate. Islam never preaches to attack on the worship places and not to kill the innocent people, after rectifying all these queries even if anybody does this sort of act then they will be called as infidels.
