IPR Ke Haath Bohat Lambe Hai

“It is completely true that counterfeiting a product is an easy job but to nab these culprits not an easy task“this statement has been conceded by our police authority, but on the other hand it becomes possible with the help of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) like teams. Why it is so because they getting paid for this yes off course but authorities also getting salaries but they are still unable to tackle these situations without such teamwork.

Now a day’s private companies are having faith in private agencies like IPR comparatively government bodies. Our government is converting near about all the public sectors to private sectors like tourism, mail services, electricity department and now we can assume or predict that in the near future public protection (Police authorities) can be convert into the private sector, because to investigate and nab the culprits is the duty of police authority which is presently performing by the IPR teams. IPR is very accountable towards its services it has been proved by repeatedly conducting the raids throughout the country, especially South India becomes a hub of counterfeiters in an average of every month 5 to 6 raids have been conducted by the IPR and corer’s of rupees counterfeit stock seized in these raids and culprits are behind the bars. If we will observe the activities or the procedure of raid then police authority is just completing the formality of raid like seizing counterfeit stock and to nab the culprits. Apart from this IPR’s investigators are investigating, tackling, analyzing between the counterfeit & original one and lodging the complaint against the counterfeiters.

So yet situation is not out of control, government has to improve the public sector and can do their best otherwise we have to change the ancient phrase “kanoon ke hath bohat lambe hai, can be converted into the IPR ke hath bohat lambe hai.”

As we all aware that west is known for its rivalry with Islam on every phase. Now this rivalry broke its all peripheries and comes to the renowned social networking site and that is Facebook. After 9/11 when west announced air strikes president George Bush said “We are peaceful nation” and America’s favorite ambassador Tony Blair also echoed him “We are a peaceful people” I want to swoop into their mind and assume the meaning from their sentences that “if someone is hurting to any one in any manner they are not from peaceful nation or not peaceful people means they are terrorist in their language.” So they are the real terrorist as per my observation because they are hurting Muslim sentiments as they running contest Seattle cartoonist's satirical suggestion on Facebook that Thursday be dubbed "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day" has led to anything but humor in some quarters. But Muslims belongs to peaceful nation or Muslims are the peaceful people because they are not going to run any other contest as anti Christianity but just temporarily deactivated their accounts from Facebook as a protest. Apart from this Pakistan valley of terrorism even they haven’t go for violence but in a right manner they have protested as Islamic lawyers association in Lahore, Pakistan, argued that the contest essentially equaled blasphemy, and on Wednesday won a court injunction against the social-networking site.
