Here comes a justice for Ruchika Garihotra molestation case, court sentenced to DGP SPS Rathore for 18months, after such a long period of 20years. But it will not measure as a long time according to our Indian law, because this is an anticipated time and we have used to of it. So after observing our beloved country’s law and order I have come to conclusion that if we want “Justice”, then either we have to wait for 20years or spent crores of bucks, because to keep Kasab alive we have spent large amount of money from our legitimate income in the form of government.
Similarly when Liberhan commission report tabled after completing 17years of Demolition of Babri Mosque, ironically some loyal politicians like Rebel Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh said he had owned “moral responsibility” for the 1992 demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya and in the same way Bharatiya Janshakti chief Uma Bharti said she was taking “moral responsibility” of demolition of the Babri mosque. But still there is no progress in this case it might be happening because Demolition of Babri Mosque haven’t completed its 20years.How can we have hope with our law to that someday these politicians will be convicted, where as in Indian history of politics politicians never arrested for their crime as it is their sovereign rights. Ah I don’t want to divert you from the subject line, ok let’s come to the Ruchika case. After completing 20years DGP SPS Rathore punished for 1.5years for molesting a girl but what about the suicide case.
Ruchika’s family bow’s their heads over the court’s decision, but S.C. Garihotra father of Ruchika said “our fight would continue until he was charged with abetment of suicide under section 360 of IPC. However in the Indian law there are some judges like M.L. Tahliyani who believes and practicing “Fast Track Courts” and we can expect it with whole the system that some day they will take lesson from these people.
