Two
persons were held with 450kg beef whereas slaughtering of cow is illegal or
banned in the entire nation. Pawarwadi police station has conducted the drive, however
Azadnagar Police station has registered the FIR against both the alleged
persons.
According
to the senior police officer Sunil Kadasne this was the second crime in the
city after the beef ban. When sources informed to Sunil Kadasne, police officer
Batelwad spearheaded the drive Sachin Bhamare and Gaugurde were part of the
successful raid.
Yesterday,
the team has nabbed two persons in the Owadi Nala with one pickup Van (MH 39 P
6579) and 450kg beef of slaughtered cows.
Both the
arrested persons were identified as Jafar Ahmed Zahir Ahmed Aged 38 and Md.
Suleman Ateeque Akhter aged 23, both the alleged persons are resident of
Gulshan Nagar Malegaon. Pawardwai police has booked case against both the
person under the beef ban act and team has disposed the seized beef. However,
following to this second crime H.M. Kulkarni searching more information in this
case.
